Why Color Audio?

The world needs more colors. Without them, we live in a bland, expressionless place and since I love my metaphors, I love starting a new canvas - picking a palette and letting my imagination loose.

Where did my passion for audio come from?

My father is a gifted pianist and from a young age, he would serenade us with his own compositions, drifting deeply into a zen-like state and playing absolutely beautiful pieces. I was never really aware of this influence but after many years of learning piano and guitar with several different teachers, I finally composed my first piece on the guitar while on a hike through the fish river canyon. After recording my first amateur album with my friend Cornelius under the name “Wild flavour” I decided to go down the rabbit hole of discovering the mysterious world of sound.

My Favourite sound?

The sound of a bird (preferably dove or pigeon) flying by. The high pitched squeak and the flapping of wings is so beautifully peaceful.
